Find a Comfortable Position: Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and try to relax your body.
-
Deep Breathing: Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this for about a minute to help clear your mind and focus on your breath.
-
Body Awareness: As you continue to breathe deeply, turn your focus to your body. Feel the sensation of your breath moving in and out. Notice the rise and fall of your chest and abdomen with each breath.
-
Vibrational Awareness: Now, shift your attention to any vibrations you may feel within your body. This could be a tingling sensation in your hands or feet, or a pulsating feeling in your chest. These vibrations are a sign of your body’s energy flow.
-
Breathing into Vibrations: As you inhale, imagine the breath moving towards the area where you feel the vibration. As you exhale, imagine the breath carrying away any tension or blockages, allowing the energy to flow more freely.
-
Maintaining Focus: It’s normal for your mind to wander during this exercise. Whenever you notice this happening, gently bring your focus back to your breath and the sensation of the vibrations.
-
Closing the Exercise: After about 10-15 minutes, or whenever you feel ready, slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings. Take a moment to notice how you feel before opening your eyes and moving on with your day.
